Most people are
familiar with shipping boxes
Most people are familiar with shipping boxes made of thick
brown (or kraft) C-wave corrugated cardboard. When inspecting a corrugated
C-wave side cut, observe that it is very broad and thick; good to send things,
but not good to accept the kind of images needed to put a product on the
market.
Corrugated cardboard
The wave ripple is only 1/16 "thick, much thinner than
the C flute mentioned above." In some requirements, the F wave or the B
wave can be used corrugated. The cross in F is very thin (even thinner than the
E flute) and is used for very small boxes or boxes that require complicated
perforations. "Surprisingly, wave B is thinner than wave C but thicker
than wave B wave B is about 1/8" thick and is used for projects of greater
weight.
Corrugated cardboard is usually stored in the factory and is
determined by the colors. Brown, white oyster, white.
White is the most expensive board and the most wanted for
graphic use.
The combinations are available, under special order. Oysters
on Kraft or Blanched on Kraft are common. Normally, the wavy part of the
corrugated cardboard is Kraft.

Lithium: many customers prefer their corrugated cardboard
boxes with the graphical representation in 80 # litol paper, which can be
laminated and applied to the corrugated sheet. (We call this labeling). The
laminated film seals the print and allows the hinges of the box to be bent
without cracking. The label is attached to the corrugated board before being
hit. The lamination of the film can be glossy and matte (also revealed). A
label can be applied to the outside or inside the box (also called a liner) or
both. The label usually covers the entire box.
Flexographic
printing:
Imagine a large rubber stamp and now you have a good idea of
flexographic printing. If complex process images are not needed in 4 colors,
flexographic printing may be an alternative to consider. Because flexographic
printing is not advanced, you can only expect the quality of a screen with 65
lines. This differs dramatically from the 150-line screen quality that is
common with lithographic printing (labeling).
The most cost-effective type of flexographic printing is a
flood layer (full coverage) of one color. You can use stock plates to place the
color on the board. However, if the images or graphic fonts must be inverted
from the fixed field or if you want a positive type or graphics, a custom
printing plate must be created. Flexo plates have a price per square inch. The
more images or types, more expensive. More information visit Wholesale Soap Packaging Boxes.
